On November 12, I went to the NW Film Festival and viewed the showing of Shorts 3. This is a film that contains 11 different mini films that range from 1-26 minutes long. At the end of the film you have the chance to rate all 11 films from 1 to 5 and return it to a box sitting outside the theater.

TBA 08
I went to The Portland Tour of Tilburg with my son and it was great. Not only did we get our exercise, we also got to experience another country from a different point point of view. At first my son did not understand what the tour guide was saying when he pointed to a parking meter and was talking about a statue, but when I showed him the book of pictures that the tour guide handed us before the tour, then he understood. Another fun part about the tour is watching the faces of bystanders as they hear the tour guide talk.
